They purposely encourage YOUR customers to re-order from a site called VIGSHOP.COM. That's why you see those re-order stickers with the url on top of every bottle. If you're an affiliate for LEC, you've probably never heard of this site even though it's owned by LEC. This site is a gateway for every single product that LEC sells. That's fine, except when a visitor clicks on any product to place an order, the referral id is instantly changed to "vigshop" - which means that YOU will receive ZERO COMMISSION for the re-order! Instead, the commission for the sale will go to the affiliate "vigshop" (no doubt belonging to LEC). Quite a dirty trick, isn't it? Don't believe us? Go ahead - visit their site and see for yourself. LEC's been pulling this stunt for years, and it must be successful for them because they're still at it. So tell us, if you're an affiliate for LEC, how does it feel to know that you've been getting royally screwed out of customer re-orders by them for years? How much money do you think they've been able to cheat affiliates out of using just this tactic? Well, we think actions such as these are despicable and so should you. At ARICASH, we do things differently. We're not trying to cheat our affiliates out of sales. We don't have a "secret website" where we tell your customers to re-order from. Chargebacks/Refunds/Returns Unlike most sponsors, we don't deduct for customer chargebacks, refunds or returns. With us, once you've earned the commission, you keep it. Cookie/Referral Tag Duration Unlike most sponsors who set the duration of their affiliate cookie to 60 days or less, we set the duration of our cookie/referral tags to 365 days. This ensures that you get credit for ANY order or re-order. Cookie/Referral Tag Tracking Most sponsors only track your customers through the use of cookies. The problem with that is that some internet users disable cookies for privacy, and other users purge their cookies after each internet session. If your customers do this, odds are you'll never get credit for any of their sales. When it comes to tracking, we do it better. ARICASH tracks your customers 3 ways: cookies, ip address, and session. In other words, you're triple-protected. This way, you get credit for every order you deserve. Payment Options Some sponsors severely hurt their sales (and YOURS) because of the limited payment options they offer. For instance, one well-known sponsor only accepts Visa or MasterCard. Rather than paying the additional fees to accept Amex and Discover, they choose to limit their customers to just two credit card payment choices. Phone Orders It's true, some customers prefer to order by phone if given the option - but what impact does phone ordering have on YOU, the affiliate? A recent survey reported that nearly a third (31%) of all phone customers neglected to write down or provide the agent with an "activation code" or "promotional code". (This code is the only means the sponsor has of tracking affiliate sales by phone). NO code = NO commission for YOU. But even if the caller does provide the code, a simple typing error or oversight by the call center agent will also result in NO commission for you. Online orders never have this problem because your affiliate ID is encoded into your link; thus, there's no chance for human error. And we haven't even mentioned fraud (where the agent credits himself/herself with the commission, rather than you). This can and does happen. In fact, all of these scenarios are much more common than you can imagine. Sponsors who use phone ordering as a payment option are quick to defend it, claiming that their phone agents never accept a phone order without a code. Don't believe a word of it. They'll gladly take any order that a customer is willing to give them. In fact, it's easy to prove. If your sponsor tells you this, simply call the phone number on their site and ask to place an order. When/if they ask you for a code, tell them you forgot to write it down.
